Charlotte is a beautiful blue eyed, blonde hair, incredibly intelligent, slightly stubborn, yet quite possibly the sweetest 5 year old girl you could ever meet (picture here at 3, just after her diagnosis). Charlotte loves princesses and she loves puppies. She is always the first on the dance floor, and if there isn’t a dance floor, then she makes her own. Charlotte is brave, curious, and determined and she has ataxia telangiectasia (A-T).

Before her diagnosis, we noticed that she never quite lost the wobble from when she learned to walk. It wasn’t until months of advocating for more answers, that we received a diagnosis and learned the name of what she was facing.
